This project took place at the Commercial Offices located at 1 Drummond Gate, Pimlico. The two floors, totaling 2500m2, involved internal spraying with EU dyes on walls and ceilings, the removal and repositioning of office partitions, installation of new kitchens, ceilings, LED panel lighting, decoration, and new flooring throughout all areas. The contract duration was 10 weeks.

The Office CAT A project encompassed a comprehensive refurbishment of the office space, featuring the installation of a state-of-the-art programmable lighting system and effective fire prevention barriers. existing lighting and tenant tea points were removed to make way for a new, fully equipped kitchen area. The old carpet replaced with new flooring, enhancing the overall aesthetic. Furthermore, the landlord toilet facilities underwent renovation, and the reception desk was updated to create a welcoming environment. To improve functionality, new lights equipped with wireless presence detectors were installed, allowing for convenient remote control, while additional fire breaks were incorporated beneath the existing access floors.

This project was a refurbishment of ground and first-floor offices. Internal walls were removed and repositioned, floor coverings and redecoration with new LED panel lightening to both floors.

This project involved the demolition of the existing dwelling and the reconstruction of a single-storey conversion under the strict guidelines of Hampstead Gardenurbs. The new building was constructed with internal works that included plastering, screeding, flooring decorations, and lighting.

new reception area was expertly designed and renovated on the ground floor. We installed updated seating areas featuring glass balustrades, added new flooring in various sections, refurbished the existing stone floors, and strategically placed new signage throughout the area.

This project involved an insurance claim for a property affected by subsidence. The property was safely underpinned, and all internal work included floor leveling to joists, repairs using Helli bars for internal cracks and movement, plastering throughout, as well as the installation of new walls, flooring, kitchen, decorations, and damp proofing.

This project encompassed a thorough renovation of the Synagogue's entrance, featuring new screed flooring, wall-to-ceiling tiles updated lighting, French polishing, tiled walls, and decor for the main hall. Additionally, the bridal room was renovated with new partition walls, carpeting, flooring, and decorative elements.
